About Us

 

Maintenance Solutions West is the in house maintenance company for Metro West. It started as time saving service for tax filings. The idea was for all maintenance to run through the company so the owner only has to input 1 company at tax time for maintenance deductions rather than sifting through several different companies.

Maintenance Solutions West has since expanded, hiring our first full time employee in April of 2021. We began doing our own repairs rather than solely using subcontractors. We went from just saving owners time, to now saving them time and money.

Maintenance Solutions West has saved several owners thousands of dollars by doing repairs in house and having the owners best interest in mind rather than a traditional subcontractor who is there to complete a specific task and move on. It is just one of the ways Metro West goes above and beyond to protect your investment.

Initial Service Call

The cost send a technician to travel to the property and complete a diagnosis of the issue.

 

Starting at $150

Appliance Swap Labor

We offer a flat redetermined rate for appliance swaps. This rate includes, purchase of the new appliance, installation, and disposal of the old appliance. We will shop Facebook Marketplace for used appliances upon request.

Starting at $50

Additional Labor

After diagnosis, the minimum price for any completed repair is $50. However, we try to price per job to provide consistency.

Project Management Fee

We offer handling major renovations. This fee is usually 10% of the cost of the renovation to cover time coordinating the project and time on site checking on the progress.

(price includes 3 inspections, one inspection included with management agreement)

Plus Plan Starting at:

$25 a month or $250 a year

(price includes air filters and batteries)

(price will vary on amount of smoke detectors and filter size)

Premium Plan Starting at:

$35 a month or $350 a year

(Price will vary on size of house)
